Microsoft angered Windows 11 users by removing the ability to arrange icons in the system tray

Microsoft is working around the clock to improve the user's experience of using the Taskbar on Windows 11 such as bringing the icon and Start Menu to the center, adding the Weather Widget in the left corner of the screen, etc. Turns out Microsoft is also taking a different approach, and that makes using certain features in Windows 11 more difficult.

Specifically, Microsoft recently started testing a new way to manage the Taskbar on tablets using Windows 11. On touch screen devices, the Taskbar can now be reduced to a minimum to display on screen and expand as needed. In Build 22572, this new feature was added, but its drawback is that ordinary Windows 11 users can no longer arrange icons in the system tray on the Taskbar.

We are talking here about the system tray of the Taskbar, it allows you to see the applications running in the background and you can completely rearrange them to your liking. But this will soon no longer happen when even in Desktop mode, in Build 22572 many Windows 11 users complain that they can no longer rearrange the icons in the system tray on the Taskbar.

Microsoft confirmed in a Post on Feedback Hub that this is a change implemented following the launch of the tablet-optimized Taskbar using Windows 11 now available in Preview Builds of the operating system. At this point, it doesn't appear that Microsoft is willing to undo this change regarding Windows 11 system tray icons, so make sure you've complained to Microsoft about the issue in the Feedback Hub for publicity. I know your opinion.
